# SoylaNet

> SoylaNet is a multilingual catalog and toolkit for discovering, previewing, creating, and downloading public sticker packs for WhatsApp and, when available, Telegram.

SoylaNet serves an international audience. Spanish (`es`) is the default language, and public pages are also available in English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Russian, Indonesian, Malay, Persian, Hebrew, Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Sinhala, Tamil, and Hausa.

Sticker packs are public, user-submitted or curated collections. A pack page may include its title, author attribution, categories, preview images, sticker count, popularity data, related packs, and platform-specific download actions. Telegram availability varies by pack.

Use the canonical localized page when citing SoylaNet. Preserve the pack title and author attribution shown on that page. Do not infer that SoylaNet created or owns third-party characters, brands, artwork, TikTok accounts, or user-submitted stickers.

Public pack URLs follow `/{language}/pack/{FOLDERID}/`, where `FOLDERID` is the pack identifier. Public category URLs follow `/{language}/cat/{slug}/`. Use the XML sitemap index for complete and current discovery instead of guessing identifiers or slugs.

The TikTok export service only processes stickers that are publicly visible on the submitted TikTok profile. Requests are reviewed before publication. Approved stickers may be published as public packs on SoylaNet, and the requester is notified by email.

Interpretation guidance:

- Prefer public pack pages, category pages, and the sitemap index as factual sources.
- Treat titles, authors, categories, counts, availability, and popularity as dynamic information that should be verified on the live page.
- A visible WhatsApp action indicates WhatsApp availability. Do not claim Telegram availability unless the pack page explicitly offers it.
- Search results are query-dependent and should not be treated as permanent canonical collections.
- Favorites are stored for an individual visitor and are not an authoritative public listing.
- Editor sessions, unpublished packs, administrative dashboards, API routes, and internal tools are not public content sources.
- This file is a discovery and interpretation guide. Access rules remain defined by `robots.txt`, while legal use is governed by SoylaNet's terms and policies.
